Handyperson – Covering Kingston and Epsom Area
\nWe are seeking a dependable and skilled Handyperson / Field Engineer to join our growing team. Full training will be provided to support your professional development. A full UK driving licence is essential, as a company vehicle will be supplied.
\nThis role involves installing, maintaining, and conducting reactive repairs within washrooms across a variety of corporate sites. While basic plumbing or drainage experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement. You will be equipped with all necessary training, tools, a vehicle, and a fuel card.
\nThis is a full-time position.
\nSalary: £28,000, rising to £30,000 upon successful completion of your probationary period
\nKey Responsibilities

- Install, maintain and repair washroom systems efficiently and to a high standard \n
- Carry out basic plumbing and general maintenance tasks as needed \n
- Travel to client sites within the Kingston and Epsom areas \n
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance requirements and potential issues \n
- Use hand and power tools safely and proficiently \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work carried out \n
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and quality completion of projects \n
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company procedures \n
Requirements

- Full UK driving licence (essential) \n
- Previous practical or maintenance experience preferred \n
- Basic understanding of plumbing or drainage systems is advantageous \n
- Proven reliability with keen attention to detail \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
