Job Description
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Harlow. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work in a clean, modern environment, with the chance of a permanent role after 12 weeks.
The Role\nYou will be working at stations on a production line, assembling high-quality components in a structured and process-driven environment.
\nDuties include:

- Assembling products using small components and hand tools \n
- Operating semi-automated machinery \n
- Following clear, step-by-step instructions \n
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the process \n
- Maintaining accuracy and consistency at all times \n
This is a repetitive role, so it would suit someone who is focused, patient, and takes pride in doing a job well.

- Monday to Thursday: 07:55 - 16:40 \n
- Friday: 07:55 - 15:25 \n
- 45 minutes unpaid break per day \n
Essential:

- Previous experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing \n
- Good attention to detail \n
- Good manual dexterity \n
- Ability to follow instructions accurately \n
- Reliable and punctual \n
Desirable:

- Experience working with small components \n
- Use of hand tools \n
- Background in electronics, precision, or fine assembly \n
