\nAbout the Role
\nWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resources Officer to join a busy and professional organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIPD-qualified HR professional with strong employee relations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
\nYou will provide expert HR advice and support to managers, lead recruitment and selection activity, manage employee relations casework, and assist with organisational change initiatives.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Provide HR advice and guidance across a range of people matters. \n
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. \n
- Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance, and performance cases. \n
- Assist with change management and workforce planning activities. \n
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. \n
- Analyse HR data and produce reports and recommendations. \n
- Deliver training and guidance to managers. \n
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. \n
- Supervise and support junior HR and recruitment staff. \n
About You
\nTo be successful, you will have:
\n- \n
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent). \n
- Previous HR generalist experience, including employee relations and recruitment. \n
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. \n
- Experience managing complex casework. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. \n
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently. \n
- Experience supporting organisational change would be advantageous. \n
