We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join a reputable automotive bodyshop in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. • Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (42.5-hour week)

• Rarely required Saturdays

Duties of a Bodyshop Advisor:\n

\n
• Completing all relevant paperwork for vehicle repair orders accurately
\n
• Maintaining an up-to-date and organised database as a Bodyshop Advisor
\n
• Communicating effectively with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner
\n
• Managing credit control and keeping track of invoices and outstanding debts
\n
• Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and administrative organisation
\n
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
\n

Requirements of a Bodyshop Advisor:\n

• Proven track record working in a customer-facing role within a bodyshop or automotive environment
\n
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and customer service best practices
\n
• Strong communication and organisational skills
\n
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as required
\n
• Automotive experience in a customer service role is essential
