A brilliant opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy, supportive and growing conveyancing team. You’ll run your own caseload from instruction to completion and work across a wide mix of residential matters.

• Manage a varied caseload: freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, shared ownership, remortgages, new builds
\n
• Advise clients clearly and confidently in person, by phone and in writing
\n
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and key legal documents
\n
• Keep files organised, compliant and professionally maintained
\n
• Handle enquiries, quotes and diary management efficiently
\n
• Build strong client relationships and support new business
\n
• Stay updated with legal developments and SRA requirements
\n

• Experience in residential property work
\n
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and practice
\n
• Familiarity with CQS
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• Professional, confident and approachable manner
\n
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
\n
• High attention to detail when reviewing legal documents
\n
