Patent Litigation Paralegal

A leading London law firm is seeking talented Paralegals to join its specialist teams, supporting work across Patent Litigation, Competition and CTC disputes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal looking to build strong legal experience within a highly regarded technology and life sciences firm, with exposure to complex disputes and high-quality international work.

The Paralegal role:

• Supporting fee earners and assisting with the coordination of matters
\n
• Preparing hearing bundles and supporting pre-hearing activities
\n
• Organising and maintaining case files
\n
• Reviewing documents for relevance and legal privilege
\n
• Proofreading and preparing legal documentation
\n
• Conducting legal research and monitoring external databases
\n
• Liaising with clients and overseas law firms
\n
• Participating in international conference calls and meetings
\n
• Taking minutes and maintaining matter databases
\n
• Supporting wider case management and administrative requirements
\n

The successful Paralegal:

• Previous legal or paralegal experience would be advantageous
\n
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
\n
• Proactive, self-motivated and keen to develop
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
