BMS Service Manager - London Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting on a superb opportunity within the BMS Sector for a Service Manager. The position joins a business who has been established now for 22 years and are a leading independent within the building management systems sector. This is a key and integral position that runs the companies service division which is currently turning over roughly £1M per annum. The Role: Lead the department and be instrumental in its continued success and future growth Liaise with clients to ensure the delivery of service contracts continue to meet their expectations and that the contracts are retained on each renewable P&L responsibility of the service department Overseeing the servicing, remedials and call out departments Requirements: This position could suit a BMS Engineering supervisor who is looking to step forwards into a more commercial level position Equally, we are seeking an experienced BMS Service / Contracts manager who has a good level of commercial skills Ideally you will have a good technical understanding within building management systems (BMS) Excellent customer service skills Salary & Benefits: £70,000 - £75,000 Company Car Allowance Pension Private healthcare 25 days holiday + bank holidays on-going development into training and progression This is a great position that has strong autonomy to help further develop a successful service division within the BMS Industry.
