Warehouse Operative – Dispatch Basildon | Temp to Perm | Rotating Shifts** Staffright Southend are currently recruiting on behalf of a large and established manufacturing client in Basildon, who are looking for 2 x Warehouse Operatives to join their busy Dispatch team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who are reliable, hardworking and looking for long-term employment. The Role As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include: * Picking and packing orders * Preparing goods for dispatch * Loading and unloading where required * Checking orders and paperwork * Keeping the warehouse and dispatch areas clean and organised * Following health & safety procedures * Working as part of a busy warehouse team Shift Pattern:- You will work on a rotating weekly shift pattern: Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm Week 2: 1:30pm – 9:30pm Monday to Friday. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for candidates who: * Have previous warehouse experience * Are reliable and hardworking * Have good attention to detail * Can work well as part of a team * Are physically fit and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment * Are looking for a long-term opportunity * Can commit to the rotating shift pattern What's on Offer?
