Joiner ROLE: Joiner PAY RATE: £15.39 per hour PAYE CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary - 27th July to 31st December (potential extension) LOCATION: Belfast, BT15 Note :Company van provided for work-related travel. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and reliable Joiner to carry out planned and reactive joinery maintenance travel between sites across Eats and South Belfast with a company van provided for travel between locations. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative and reactive joinery maintenance. Installing, repairing, and maintaining doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, windows, and other timber fixtures. Repairing and fitting cabinets, cupboards, furniture, and other wooden structures. Measuring, cutting, and shaping timber using hand and power tools. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures. Completing maintenance records and reporting completed works. Working closely with site teams to deliver high-quality maintenance services.What We're Looking For Previous experience working as a Joiner or Carpenter. NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry & Joinery. Strong knowledge of joinery repairs, installation, and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
