Barker Ross is currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to join our client, Sysco, based in Bristol. This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to become permanent after 4 weeks for the right candidate.

\nThe Role\n
\n
    \n
  • Class 2 multi-drop deliveries across the South West
  • \n
  • Delivering a mixture of cages and palletised goods
  • \n
  • Assisting with unloading using a tail lift
  • \n
  • Checking deliveries against customer invoices and recording any missing stock
  • \n
  • Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point
  • \n
  • Driving throughout the day between multiple customer locations
  • \n

  • Start times between 4:00am and 7:00am

\nRequirements\n
\n
    \n
  • Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
  • \n
  • Valid Driver CPC
  • \n
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • \n
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • \n
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
  • \n
  • Ability to follow company procedures and work safely
  • \n
  • Comfortable with manual handling and unloading deliveries
  • \n
  • Flexible to work within the required shift pattern
  • \n
\n

Full manual handling and tail lift training will be provided.
