Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist

Location: Reading, UK (Complete Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Language: Must be fluent in Hebrew and English

Job description:

• Advance start to end payroll processing experience.
\n
• Active payroll licence valid for payroll practice in Israel a must
\n
• At least 4 years experience in operating and running payroll system Har-Gal / or Hilan -a must
\n
• Knowledge in payroll system changes and implementations will be useful.
\n
• Managing onboarding and termination process end to end
\n
• Good experience using various Payroll and HR systems, Experience in handling payroll and payroll linked vendors.
\n
• Knowledgeable on Israel employments legislation and experience in working with pensions, expenses, insurances, Benefits payroll administration.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills and good MS Office skills (including excel).
\n
• Excellent understanding payroll compliances and in calculating taxes linked to specific pay elements.
\n
• Language: Must be fluent in Hebrew and English
