Lead Salesforce Solution Architect & Developer
\nContract | Hybrid Working | Initial 6 months | Long-Term Programme
\nAn experienced Lead Salesforce Solution Architect & Developer is required to support the delivery of a major Salesforce transformation programme.
\nThis role requires a senior Salesforce professional capable of providing architectural leadership whilst remaining hands-on in the design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
\nThis is not a pure architecture position. Recent Salesforce development experience is essential.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n-Own Salesforce solution architecture across multiple workstreams
\n-Define architecture principles, standards and design patterns
\n-Design and develop Salesforce-based solutions
\n-Build Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events and integrations
\n-Review technical designs and minimise technical debt
\n-Conduct code reviews and support development teams
\n-Support Agile product delivery activities
\n-Implement and improve Salesforce DevOps processes
\n-Mentor stakeholders and internal teams

\n-8+ years Salesforce platform experience
