\nYour key responsibilities\n
\nIn your role as an EY Senior Manager you will have responsibility for designing & delivering our technology projects within our client base. You will be expected to:\n
\n
\nManage a SAC project team on a client-facing engagement, working effectively across the full lifecycle delivery of a large, complex technology programme whilst managing project financials\n
\n
\nDesign complex planning and consolidation solutions which meet the requirements of our clients and are in line with leading practices\n
\n
\nEngage and collaborate with clients’ stakeholders across all levels of the organisation\n
\n
\nBuild excellent client relationships and drive sales and opportunities in the market\n
\n
\nWork as part of a high performing team, mentoring junior members of staff\n
\n
\nSkills and attributes for success\n
\n
\nYou will have knowledge and experience of the following:\n
\n
\nSAC certification or equivalent experience\n
\n
\nAbility to create complex system architecture, from designing a SAC solution to fit with business functional requirements to proposing wider system landscape frameworks to enable data integrations\n
\n
\nPositioning the features and limitations of SAC\n
\n
\nUnderstanding of leading practices for developing SAC models\n
\n
\nStrong financial planning & consolidation knowledge\n
\n
\nFull lifecycle project delivery experience (Build, Test & Deploy phases) including workshop planning and delivery, requirements & backlog definition, data model design, creation of Functional & Technical specifications and system configuration\n
\n
\nHands-on project delivery experience of SAC capabilities including data integration and modelling, planning calculations, consolidation rules and dashboarding\n
\n
\nDeep understanding of business finance processes and how SAC can be leveraged to support these\n
\n
\nUnderstanding of the sales process, from opportunity through to delivery, with technical expertise to determine how SAC can provide value for our clients\n
\n
\nTo qualify for the role you must have\n
\n
\nDemonstrable ability to manage large, complex programmes \n
\n
\nUnderstanding of the full life cycle of SAC planning implementations both in terms of project delivery and the financial management\n
\n
\nExperience working with waterfall and agile delivery methodologies\n
\n
\nExperience delivering financial planning projects, notably complex SAC planning delivery\n
\n
\nExperience designing complex SAC solutions\n
\n
\nExcellent communication skills and ability to build ‘Trusted Adviser’ relationships\n
\n
\nStrong presentation skills \n
\n
\nProven sales expertise\n
\n
\nWillingness to travel as required in relation to working at Client Sites on specific engagements\n
\n
\n An understanding of the SAC Planning roadmap and industry trends\n
\n
\nIdeally, you’ll also have\n
\n
\nSAP analytics experience (SAP BW, HANA, Datasphere or BDC)\n
\n
\nExperience in complex SAC planning delivery \n
\n
\nExperience with SAP Group Reporting\n
\n
\nExperience with SAP BPC or Integrated Planning\n
\n
\nIndustry / sector expertise would be advantageous\n
\n
