Hybrid Tutor/Assessor (Level 2/3 Adult Skills)

? Remote with occasional travel to Blackpool, Lancashire ? Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm ? Competitive Annual Salary We are recruiting a Hybrid Tutor/Assessor to deliver engaging online Adult Skills programmes at Level 2 and Level 3. This is a salaried position with guaranteed work throughout the academic year. The role involves delivering three online webinars per day, alongside learner assessment, virtual marking, progress reviews, and learner support.

• Deliver high-quality online teaching and assessment.

• Plan engaging learning sessions and monitor learner progress.

• Complete virtual marking and provide constructive feedback.
\n
• Support learner achievement, employability, and personal development.
\n
• Maintain accurate records and quality assurance compliance.
\n
• Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion.

• Experience in teaching, tutoring, training, or assessing.
\n
• Strong communication, organisation, and digital skills.
\n
• Confident delivering online learning.
\n
• Self-motivated with a learner-focused approach.
\n
• QTS is not required.
\n
