About the Role This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work with customers throughout their kitchen-buying journey, creating inspirational and functional kitchen designs while driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct customer consultations to understand requirements, budgets, and lifestyle needs. Design bespoke kitchen solutions tailored to individual customer requirements. Present designs and quotations professionally and confidently. Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to order placement. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up on quotations and maximise conversion opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity. Requirements / Skills: Previous experience in kitchen design and kitchen sales. Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A creative flair with a keen eye for detail and design. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. Experience using kitchen design software would be advantageous. What’s on Offer: £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary depending on experience. Uncapped commission structure. Realistic OTE of £50,000+.
