This is an excellent opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant who is progressing towards professional registration and is keen to develop their technical, design and project delivery expertise in a highly regulated environment.The RoleWorking within the project's design function, you will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of architectural solutions from concept through to detailed design. You'll be trusted to work independently on complex design tasks, contribute to work package delivery and collaborate closely with engineers, project managers and key stakeholders across the programme.Key responsibilities will include:Developing architectural designs and technical solutions across various project stagesSupporting concept design development and feasibility studiesProducing high-quality design and technical documentationWorking within a QA-assured design environmentCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design challengesContributing to design reviews and stakeholder presentationsSupporting the delivery of sustainable and innovative design solutionsEnsuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant standardsAssisting with planning and approval processes where requiredAbout YouWe're interested in speaking with candidates who are passionate about design excellence and are looking to build their careers on some of the UK's most complex and rewarding projects.You will ideally have:ARB/RIBA Part II qualificationMinimum 2 years' post-graduate experience within an architectural practice or consultancy environmentProgression towards ARB/RIBA Part III professional registrationExperience working on concept design and feasibility projectsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExperience within regulated sectors would be advantageousTechnical SkillsExperience using:RevitAutoCADAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorOther relevant architectural design softwareKnowledge of:UK Building RegulationsPlanning processes and approvalsSustainable design principlesModern Methods of Construction (MMC)If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.TPBN1_UKTJ
