Senior Crisis Support Worker
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, confident and well motivated individual for this rewarding and responsible role. You will support the Support Coordinator in the day to day operational management of a well established support service offering personalised support to people with a mental health needs living in their own homes.
\nYou must have the practitioner skills to engage with service users, develop trusting relationships and offer unconditional positive regard with knowledge of the recovery based model. You will supervise staff to ensure a consistent team approach to risk management whilst promoting independence and quality of life. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required as well as experience in a relevant field. Previous supervisory experience desirable.
