A growing manufacturing and distribution business is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decisions, and driving business performance

KeyResponsibilities

  • Preparemonthlymanagementaccounts,includingP&L,balancesheetandcashflowreporting.

  • Supportbudgeting,forecastingandvarianceanalysis.
    • \n
  • Providefinancialanalysistosupportbusinessdecisionsandimproveprofitability.
    • \n
  • Monitorcostsandidentifyopportunitiesforefficiencyimprovements.
    • \n
  • Managestockreportingandinventoryvaluation.
    • \n
  • Overseemonth-endprocesses,includingaccruals,prepaymentsandaccountreconciliations.
    • \n
  • AssistwithVATreturns,complianceandinternalcontrols.
    • \n
  • Supportfinancesystemandprocessimprovements.
    • \n

About You

\n

ACCA or CIMA qualified.Previous Management Accountant experience.Background in manufacturing, distribution or FMCG.Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
