• Carry out planned, first-off, in-process and final inspections across manufacturing operations.
\n
• Complete roving inspections throughout the factory to identify potential quality issues before they become defects.
\n
• Inspect incoming materials and components, ensuring they meet quality standards before entering production.
\n
• Carry out inspections of finished products prior to dispatch.
\n
• Use a range of inspection equipment including verniers, micrometers, gauges and visual inspection techniques.
\n
• Ensure inspection records are accurately maintained within IFS and associated quality documentation.
\n

Quality InspectorEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications\n

\n
• Support the introduction of new products through prototype, first article and production inspections.
\n
• Assist in developing inspection methods, quality standards and inspection documentation for new products.
\n
• Maintain accurate quality records using the IFS ERP system.
\n
• Support compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality management procedures.
\n
• Participate in internal quality audits and improvement projects.
\n
