The role\n

Working closely with the General Manager, you will be the face of the building and a driving force behind its day to day operations. It is a role that blends hospitality with real operational delivery. One moment you are making a member feel genuinely looked after, the next you are solving a building issue or showing a prospective client around. They are after someone proactive, level-headed and genuinely energised by problem solving.

What you'll be doing\n

  • Create a great first impression for every member and guest, and build lasting relationships with the people who use the space
  • \n
  • Resolve member and building issues quickly, keeping service standards high
  • \n
  • Carry out daily building walks, working with the help desks and cleaning teams to keep everything on brand
  • \n
  • Manage help desk requests within agreed service levels, escalating where needed
  • \n
  • Help create and run member events that bring the community together
  • \n
  • Support the sales team by conducting tours for prospective members
  • \n
Skills and experience\n

Essential

  • Customer service experience with a real focus on the member or client experience
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • \n
  • Naturally resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • \n
  • Able to organise, multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure
  • \n
  • A collaborative, empathetic team player happy to go above and beyond
  • \n

Desirable

  • Two years or more in a customer-facing role
  • \n
  • Industry or workspace knowledge
  • \n
  • An eye for detail, good presentation skills and a bit of strategic thinking
