An established and growing law firm is seeking a Corporate Partner or experienced Senior Solicitor to join its expanding Corporate team in London.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an established Corporate Partner or ambitious senior solicitor looking to progress towards partnership and take a leading role within a growing practice.
\nThe successful candidate will have extensive experience across a broad range of company law and corporate matters, alongside strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop lasting client relationships.
\nThe Corporate Partner / Senior Solicitor role:

- Advising clients across a broad range of corporate and company law matters \n
- Managing a varied corporate caseload with a high degree of autonomy \n
- Advising on corporate transactions, restructurings and shareholder matters \n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships \n
- Supporting the continued growth of the Corporate department \n
- Developing new business and identifying opportunities \n
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm \n
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team \n
The successful Corporate Partner / Senior Solicitor:

- Extensive experience in corporate and company law \n
- Existing Partner or experienced senior solicitor \n
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge \n
- Excellent client management and communication skills \n
- Proven ability to develop business and generate new opportunities \n
- Ambitious and motivated to progress \n
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team \n
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness \n
