Finance Manager £50,000-£60,000Accrington | Flexible Hours | Excellent Progression to Head Of Finance A rapidly growing business in Accrington is seeking a driven and commercially minded Finance Manager to join its expanding finance team. The company is on an exciting growth trajectory, with turnover set to more than triple over the next few years, supported by significant investment in its site, equipment, and infrastructure.This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or finalist-level accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). The role offers clear, genuine progression towards senior finance leadership.The RoleReporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key part in delivering accurate and timely financial information while supporting the wider business with commercial insight. Responsibilities include:\n

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
\n
• Variance analysis and KPI reporting
\n
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
\n
• Preparing board packs and financial reporting outputs
\n
• Working with auditors and supporting the audit process
\n
• Driving improvements across systems, processes, and controls
\n
• Providing ad-hoc financial support across the wider group
\n

About You\n

\n
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist
\n
• Strong technical accounting ability
\n
• Commercial, proactive, and detail-oriented
\n
• Confident communicator with strong Excel skills
\n
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
\n
• Manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential
\n
