Management Accountant

RG consultancy are proud to be working with a leading manufacturing company to help recruit an experienced management Management Accountant to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Finance manager this is a brilliant opportunity for a part/ qualified CIMA / ACCA professional be part of a successful company and manage a growing team of 4 .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts
\n
• Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes
\n
• Preparation and posting of accruals and prepayments
\n
• Balance sheet reconciliations and investigation of variances
\n
• Producing monthly reporting packs and financial analysis
\n
• Budgeting and forecasting
\n
• Variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
\n
• Monitoring costs, margins and overall business performance
\n
• Providing insight and financial information to non-finance stakeholders
\n
• Supporting cash flow forecasting and financial planning
\n
• Assisting with year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements
\n
• Ensure financial controls and processes are maintained
\n
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
\n
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties
\n
• 2 years proven experience within a similar role is required
\n
