Design & Production Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design & Production Specialist to join the marketing and business development team of a leading international professional services firm.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented design professional with experience producing high-quality marketing, pitch and digital materials in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with marketing and business development teams, you will help create compelling client-facing collateral while ensuring brand consistency and quality across all channels.

• Produce and artwork marketing, pitch and business development materials.
\n
• Create brochures, credentials documents, campaign assets and presentations.
\n
• Develop digital content for websites, social media, email campaigns and internal communications.
\n
• Ensure all materials meet brand, design and quality standards.
\n
• Support pitch production, marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
\n
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver projects on time.
\n

• Experience creating marketing and client-facing materials, ideally within professional services.
\n
• Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
\n
• Excellent layout, typography and artworking abilities.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to tight deadlines.
\n
• Photography, video editing or animation skills would be advantageous.
\n
