\nLocation: City of LondonSalary: Circa £70,000 - £75,000 + BenefitsType: Permanent, Full-Time
\nReed Finance is exclusively partnering with a specialist international engineering and construction services firm to recruit an FP&A Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in driving business performance and supporting growth across Europe.
\nReporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, workforce planning and management reporting, providing valuable insight to support strategic decision-making.
\nThis role requires a fully qualified Accountant who comes with a minimum of 5 years within an FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Performance or Financial Analysis role plus hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards from Excel data.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycle. \n
- Develop financial and operational models to support business decisions, scenario planning and profitability analysis. \n
- Manage workforce planning, including headcount forecasting and resource utilisation. \n
- Produce project performance reporting across multiple jurisdictions. \n
- Prepare monthly management reports, highlighting financial performance, variances and key business drivers. \n
- Drive improvements to reporting processes, systems and automation to enhance efficiency and data quality. \n
- Support senior stakeholders with commercial insights and strategic recommendations. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant. \n
- Minimum five years' experience within FP&A, commercial finance, business performance or financial analysis. \n
- Must have hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards from Excel data. \n
- Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling capability. \n
- Strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving skills. \n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business. \n
- Previous experience within engineering, construction, project services or an international business environment would be advantageous. \n
