A well-established manufacturing business is looking to appoint a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to support the continued development of its HSE function across a busy production environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 2-3 years' HSE experience who is looking to step into a broader, hands-on role within a growing manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities:* Support and maintain the company's Health, Safety & Environmental systems* Conduct risk assessments, audits and investigations across the site* Promote a positive health & safety culture across production and operational teams* Assist with maintaining compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards* Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks where required* Monitor incidents, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities* Ensure policies and procedures remain up to date with current legislation

Requirements:* 2-3 years' experience within a Health & Safety or HSE role* Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred* Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001* NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification desirable* Strong communication skills with a proactive and practical approach* Confident working with stakeholders across all levels of the business
