Head of People Systems
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Lead, to lead and optimise People technology solutions within a multi site Leisure/Retail Business. This role is based in Derbyshire and requires expertise in managing HR systems (pinned around Workday) to drive organisational efficiency and effectiveness. 1 or 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

- Oversee the implementation, management, and optimisation of HR systems to meet organisational needs. \n
- Be the Workday SME for the Business and lead the People Systems Teams \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR technology solutions. \n
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR systems, aligning with business goals. \n
- Provide leadership and guidance on system upgrades, improvements, and data management. \n
- Analyse HR data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making processes. \n
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain system security standards. \n
- Lead the training and development of HR and wider teams on system functionalities. \n
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to HR technology solutions. \n
Profile
\nA successful Head of HR Systems should have:

- Strong expertise in managing and implementing HR systems within a corporate setting. \n
- Extensive experience in Workday and other HR systems (Smart Recruiter, Npower) \n
- Proven ability to align HR technology with organisational objectives. \n
- Experience in analysing HR data to inform strategic decisions. \n
- Knowledge of current HR technology trends and best practices in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry. \n
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. \n
- Understanding of compliance requirements for data protection and system security. \n
- Ability to lead and inspire teams to adopt new processes and technologies. \n
Job Offer

- Competitive salary of £100,000 + £6,500 Car Allowance and Bonus \n
- 12 month FTC with excellent chances of being made Permanent. \n
