Our client, a well-established and reputable automotive dealership located in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy aftersales team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary package and excellent career prospects.Benefits:\n

- Basic salary up to £30,500, depending on experience \n
- Bonus scheme with earning potential of £35,000+ OTE \n
- 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm on a rota \n

- Assisting in daily operation of the Parts Department \n
- Supplying parts efficiently to workshop and retail customers \n
- Processing customer orders accurately and aiming for same-day completion \n
- Receiving deliveries, booking stock in, and managing returns \n
- Maintaining accurate stock control and reporting discrepancies to the Parts Manager \n
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and face-to-face \n
- Supporting workshop with parts requirements and vehicle health checks administration \n
- Delivering exceptional customer service consistently \n

- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade \n
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail \n
- Professional and confident communication skills \n
- Good IT and administrative abilities \n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team \n
- Proactive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service \n
