We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Adviser to join a small, busy HR team within a Financial Services organisation during an exciting period of change.
\nReporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll provide first-line HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle, while helping to deliver key people processes and improve the employee experience.
Key responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees. \n
- Manage day-to-day HR administration, including contracts, employee records, starters, leavers and payroll changes. \n
- Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment checks and compliance. \n
- Support performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives. \n
- Produce accurate HR MI and reporting, including headcount, absence, attrition and recruitment data. \n
- Support absence management and escalate complex matters where appropriate. \n
- Respond to HR queries and provide guidance in line with policies and procedures. \n
- Contribute to HR projects, change initiatives and process improvements. \n
You’ll ideally have:
\n- \n
- CIPD Level 5 qualification. \n
- Previous experience in an HR Adviser or HR Generalist role. \n
- Experience within Financial Services or a regulated environment is desirable. \n
- Strong organisational and communication skills. \n
- Confidence working with HRIS, Excel, HR data and reporting. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. \n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work independently. \n
