They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in their Altrincham offices.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

\n
• Lead and deliver a range of education projects from inception through to completion
\n
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages
\n
• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
\n
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
\n
• Attend design team meetings and site visits
\n

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

\n
• Degree within Architectural Technology
\n
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
\n
• Proficiency with Revit
\n
• Experience working on projects within the Education sector
\n
• Job running experience
\n
• Strong technical detailing skills
\n
• Excellent design and drawing skills
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Live within a commutable distance to the Altrincham area
\n
