Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Quantity Surveying & Project Management consultancy in North London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with residential project experience to join its close knit Quantity Surveying team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Collaborating between the QS and PM team, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will help deliver a diverse portfolio of high-end residential projects for both private clients and public sector organisations.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for taking projects from the initial design and feasibility through to final accounts, whilst being comfortable working closely with clients and delivering projects independently.

• Good pre contract experience
\n
• MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying / Construction related degree

• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
