\nAn Engineering Supervisor - Electrical Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising planned and reactive maintenance activities \n
- Leading and supporting a team of engineering staff \n
- Managing maintenance schedules and work allocation \n
- Maintaining compliance through CAFM systems and statutory inspections \n
- Acting as an Authorised Person and Competent Person where appointed \n
- Supporting fault finding, breakdown response, and emergency situations \n
- Managing contractors and service providers on site \n
- Delivering toolbox talks and supporting team development \n
- Ensuring safe systems of work, permit-to-work processes, and health & safety compliance \n
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the university estate \n
Profile
\nA successful Engineering Supervisor - Electrical should have:
\n\n- \n
- Recognised electrical qualification including 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, Electrical Apprenticeship, AM2, or equivalent \n
- Minimum three years' relevant electrical engineering experience \n
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification \n
- Proven experience supervising engineering or maintenance teams \n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
Job Offer

- Salary ranging from £45,000 to £52,500, dependent on the level of experience. \n
