As a Facilities Manager, your responsibilities will include:

\n
    \n
  • Lead the day-to-day management of facilities across three operational sites
  • \n
  • Develop and implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes
  • \n
  • Manage the approved contractor process, ensuring competence, compliance and value for money
  • \n
  • Drive facilities improvement projects and capital investment initiatives
  • \n
  • Prepare and manage facilities budgets, forecasts and planned investment
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and statutory requirements
  • \n
\n

As a Facilities Manager, your experience will include:

  • Proven experience in a Facilities Manager or similar leadership role
  • \n
  • Experience managing multi-site facilities operations, advantageous
  • \n
  • Strong track record in contractor and supplier management
  • \n
  • Sound understanding of facilities compliance and statutory building requirements, including ISO 14001
  • \n
  • Experience managing maintenance programmes and facilities budgets
  • \n
\n
