Job Description
A reputable regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to handle high-quality commercial work with genuine progression prospects.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Managing a caseload of commercial property transactions. \n
- Handling freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, lease renewals, and assignments. \n
- Acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and SMEs. \n
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex commercial real estate transactions and development matters. \n
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, heads of terms, licences, and reports on title. \n
- Conducting due diligence, searches, and enquiries. \n
- Managing client relationships and contributing to business development activities. \n
Key Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in commercial property law (NQ considered). \n
- Strong understanding of commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, and general property work. \n
- Excellent drafting, technical accuracy, and attention to detail. \n
- Ability to manage your own caseload independently. \n
- Commercially aware with a strong client-care focus. \n
