Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, award-winning independent workshop near Crawley, West Sussex, for a skilled Vehicle Technician. • Salary between £36,000 and £45,000 basic, dependent on experience

• Monday to Friday working week with bank holidays off

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:\n

\n
• Conduct servicing and repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
\n
• Carry out diagnostics using industry-standard tools
\n
• Identify faults accurately and efficiently
\n
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
\n
• Support the workshop team to meet productivity targets
\n
• Complete all documentation accurately and promptly
\n
• Assist with MOT testing as qualified; MOT licence desirable but not essential (training funded by employer)
\n

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:\n

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with proven experience in servicing and repairs
\n
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
\n
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
\n
• MOT licence is desirable; training can be provided
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
