We are seeking a highly skilled Master Vehicle Technician to join our client's expanding automotive repair business in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking to work with a reputable company that values quality and professional development. Our client operates across three sites in Cardiff and prides itself on delivering high standards of vehicle repair and maintenance. As a Master Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle faults, undertaking complex repairs, including engine rebuilds, electrical diagnostics, and other advanced tasks. The role emphasizes quality over quantity, ensuring all work is completed accurately and to a high standard on the first attempt. Working from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, there is flexibility available for a four-day rota or adjusted hours. - Conduct fault finding and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles \n
- Complete complex repairs such as engine rebuilding, electrical system diagnostics, and component replacements \n
- Ensure all work meets the company’s high standards for quality and safety \n
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and workshop procedures accurately \n
- Keep detailed service and repair records \n
- Assist in mentoring junior team members if required \n
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment in excellent condition \n
- Prioritise customer satisfaction by delivering first-time quality workmanship \n

- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; time-served individuals will also be considered \n
- Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician or senior technician role \n
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge \n
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points \n
- Able to work to high standards with attention to detail \n
- Good team player with a professional attitude \n
- Located within or near the Cardiff region, or within reasonable commuting distance \n
