Production Technician

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join a high-speed manufacturing team. The successful candidate will support production operations, maintain equipment performance, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.

\n

\n

Key responsibilities:

\n

\n

* Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment safely and efficiently.

\n

* Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process issues to minimise downtime.

\n

* Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and quality checks.

\n

* Collaborate with operators, engineers, and quality teams to improve processes.

\n

* Document production activities, faults, and corrective actions.

\n

* Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area and follow all health and safety procedures.

\n

* Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives.

\n

\n

Required skills and experience:

\n

\n

* Minimum 2 years' experience within high-speed manufacturing.

\n

* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

\n

* Strong teamwork and communication skills.

\n

* High attention to detail and consistent quality focus.

\n

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.

\n

* Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing improvements.

\n

Working hours on a 2 weekly rotating shift cycle:

\n

\n

* 41.25 hours per week

\n

* Early shift: 06:00-14:15

\n

* Late shift: 14:00-22:15

* Weekend coverage may be required
