Production Technician
\n\nWe are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join a high-speed manufacturing team. The successful candidate will support production operations, maintain equipment performance, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.
\n\nKey responsibilities:
\n\n* Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment safely and efficiently.
\n* Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process issues to minimise downtime.
\n* Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and quality checks.
\n* Collaborate with operators, engineers, and quality teams to improve processes.
\n* Document production activities, faults, and corrective actions.
\n* Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area and follow all health and safety procedures.
\n* Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives.
\n\nRequired skills and experience:
\n\n* Minimum 2 years' experience within high-speed manufacturing.
\n* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
\n* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
\n* High attention to detail and consistent quality focus.
\n* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.
\n* Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing improvements.

\n\n* 41.25 hours per week
\n* Early shift: 06:00-14:15
\n* Late shift: 14:00-22:15
\n* Weekend coverage may be required
