An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accountant to join a well-established, independently owned prestige car dealership based in the Ashby-de-la-Zouch area. Roles and Responsibilities as an Accountant:\n

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department
\n
• Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time
\n
• Process payroll for all employees
\n
• Process sales and purchase invoices
\n
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures
\n
• Support the business with general accounting and financial administration duties
\n

What Our Client Expects from Their Accountant:\n

• Previous experience within an automotive accounts role or similar accounting position
\n
• Relevant accounting qualifications
\n
• Experience using Sage 50 or similar accounting software
\n
• Strong knowledge of VAT returns and payroll processes
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
\n
• Strong IT and financial administration skills
\n
• A proactive, reliable and professional approach to work
