We are looking for a Materials Controller / Buyer to join a busy manufacturing environment, supporting the sourcing and purchasing of electronic components and materials.

\n
• Source components, pricing and availability from suppliers.
\n
• Purchase materials in line with customer requirements and agreed costs.
\n
• Identify and resolve material shortages and supply issues.
\n
• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, returns and replacements.
\n
• Maintain accurate materials and supplier information within internal systems.
\n
• Work closely with production and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.
\n
• Assist with invoice and purchase order queries.
\n
• Support the purchasing of general consumables as required.
\n

\n
• Previous experience purchasing or sourcing electronic components is essential.
\n
• Experience dealing with electronic component suppliers is highly desirable.
\n
• Good IT skills, including Excel and databases.
\n
