We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Service Advisor to join a well-established automotive dealership located in Grays, Essex. - Basic salary of £27,000 per annum \n

- Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and service details \n
- Driving customer satisfaction scores and ensuring high service quality standards \n
- Staying informed on manufacturer protocols and workshop procedures \n

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade \n
- Strong customer service and communication skills \n
- Knowledge of dealership management systems such as CDK, ADB, or Keyloop \n
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet targets \n
