Electrical Shift Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Shift Engineer to work on a large, commercial property based in Romford. You'll be joining a well experienced team for a well renowned company, well known for their staff retention and for progressing their engineers further within the company.

Electrical Shift Engineer Duties:

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
\n
• Statutory Compliance
\n
• Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, BMS Operation
\n
• Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
\n
• Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
\n
• Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
\n
• Organising subcontractors
\n
• Completing logbooks and RAMS
\n
• Reports
\n
• Permits to work
\n
• Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
\n

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

\n
• City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering (Level 3 and regulations)
\n
• At least 3 years experience experience within commercial maintenance
\n
• Strong M&E system experience
\n
• Live within commutable distance to Romford
\n

Salary and Package:

\n
• £53,000 per annum
\n
• Continental Shoft Pattern
\n
• 20 days annual leave
\n
