We're working with an established and forward-thinking HR consultancy that is continuing to grow its team. They are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join their HR Service Line, providing trusted, practical HR advice and support to a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in HR consultancy or internal HR, particularly within a multi-site environment, who enjoys working with different businesses, solving complex people challenges and building strong client relationships.Job overview As an HR Consultant, you'll become a trusted partner to a varied client base, providing outsourced HR support and helping organisations navigate everything from day-to-day employee relations matters through to wider people and HR strategy. Your responsibilities will include:\n

- Managing client HR queries from initial contact through to resolution, building strong and trusted relationships along the way \n
- Providing expert advice across a broad range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence cases \n
- Supporting clients with wider HR and people-related challenges and initiatives \n
- Reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures and documentation \n
- Providing guidance throughout the full employee lifecycle \n
- Supporting HR audits and other client projects \n
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the ongoing management of client relationships \n
- Organising and attending client meetings and HR-related events \n
- Keeping up to date with UK employment legislation and HR best practice \n
- Supporting networking and business development activity, including preparing pricing structures and client quotations \n
- Travelling to client sites where required \n

- Previous experience as an HR Consultant or within an internal HR function, ideally supporting a multi-site organisation \n
- Strong experience managing a wide range of employee relations cases \n
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification, or equivalent experience \n
- Strong knowledge of current UK employment law and HR best practice \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills \n
- A proactive approach and the ability to work confidently with multiple clients and priorities \n
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy \n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint would be advantageous \n
- A genuine interest in developing your career within a growing HR consultancy \n
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites when required \n
