You’ll be supporting end users with:

• Helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting
\n
• Laptops, PCs and printers
\n
• Microsoft 365 and Windows
\n
• User accounts, passwords and access
\n
• Hardware and software issues
\n

You must have:

\n
• Previous IT support, helpdesk or service-desk experience
\n
• Experience using a ticketing system
\n
• Good end-user communication skills
\n
• A full driving licence and your own transport
\n
• The ability to reach the outskirts of Bishop’s Stortford reliably for an 8am start
\n

This is a fully office-based position within a friendly, supportive IT team.
