Warehouse Operative role: * Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently. * Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers. * Moving parcels safely throughout the warehouse operation. * Working to daily productivity and operational targets. * Using warehouse equipment and handling aids where required. * Following all health and safety procedures and safe working practices. * Supporting supervisors and colleagues to maintain efficient warehouse operations. * Ensuring parcels are handled carefully to maintain service quality standards. * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
