We are delighted to be partnering with a leading, award-winning professional services organisation to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their Belfast team.
\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a high-performing organisation and play a key role in delivering a proactive, commercially focused HR service.
\n\nWorking closely with the Belfast partners and wider HR Business Partner teams, the successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle, supporting managers and employees across a broad range of people matters. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to wider firmwide HR projects and initiatives.

The Role

- Reporting into the wider HR function, you will provide hands-on HR support to the Belfast office \n
- Acting as the first point of contact and trusted advisor to partners, managers and employees on all HR-related matters \n
- Providing guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, HR policies and best practice \n
- Supporting managers with performance reviews, probation processes and employee development \n
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding and probation reviews \n
- Supporting recruitment activity alongside the Talent Acquisition team, including stakeholder management and role requirements \n
- Managing flexible working arrangements, parental leave processes and employee wellbeing initiatives \n
- Supporting absence management processes including return-to-work meetings, occupational health referrals and reasonable adjustments \n
- Working closely with People Operations teams to ensure accurate employee records, contracts and payroll changes \n
- Producing HR reports, management information and insights to support decision making \n
- Supporting annual appraisal, salary review, bonus and promotion processes \n
- Contributing to wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives \n
The Person
\n- \n
- Previous experience working in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role \n
- Experience within professional services/ financial services/ legal environment would be highly desirable \n
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations and employment best practice \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines \n
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills \n
- Experience using HR systems and employee databases \n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel \n
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine interest in supporting people and culture initiatives \n
