Digital Construction Manager – Birmingham Location: Birmingham Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Job Type: Permanent Are you an experienced Digital Construction Manager looking to join a forward-thinking main contractor with one of the strongest BIM and Digital Construction teams in the UK? Our client is a leading national contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering major industrial and logistics developments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Digital Construction Manager to support the successful delivery of large-scale projects across the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a business that is genuinely invested in digital construction, innovation, and modern methods of project delivery. The Role As Digital Construction Manager, you will play a key role in driving digital delivery across multiple projects, ensuring BIM processes and standards are implemented from pre-construction through to project completion. Key Responsibilities * Lead the implementation of BIM and Digital Construction processes across projects. * Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Information Management Plans (IMPs). * Coordinate design teams and supply chain partners to ensure high-quality digital delivery. * Oversee clash detection, model coordination and information management. * Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and client information requirements. * Support project teams with digital tools, workflows and best practices. * Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital construction across the business. About You * Previous experience as a Digital Construction Manager, BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator working for a main contractor. * Strong understanding of BIM processes and ISO 19650. * Good knowledge of design coordination, clash detection and COBie is essential. * Experience managing and coordinating digital information across large-scale construction projects. * Proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks and Revit. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with design teams, consultants and subcontractors. * A proactive approach with a passion for digital construction, innovation and continuous improvement.
