Operations Director Location: London, UK (on-site) Salary: £82,000 per annum Employment Type: Permanent Our client, a prominent company in the electronics industry, is seeking an Operations Director in London. This role involves leading the operational functions across multiple manufacturing sites and requires strong leadership to drive efficiency improvements. Core Responsibilities * Lead and develop the operational function across multiple manufacturing sites. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Own the P&L for operations and report directly to the CEO. * Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team. * Manage relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners. * Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all sites. Required Expertise * Proven track record of leading operations at a senior level within manufacturing or logistics. * Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience. * Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to drive change and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
