\nThe Role
\nAs a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with class teachers and leadership teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences, provide targeted interventions and lead lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups. \n
- Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development. \n
- Leading small group and intervention sessions. \n
- Working collaboratively with teachers to support pupil progress. \n
- Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment. \n
- Monitoring and recording pupil achievement and progress. \n
- Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs. \n
The Ideal Candidate
\nWe are seeking someone who:
\n- \n
- Holds HLTA status or has substantial experience in a similar role. \n
- Has experience working within a primary school setting. \n
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Is confident leading whole-class learning. \n
- Has a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies. \n
- Is committed to inclusion and ensuring every child achieves their potential. \n
- Is flexible, proactive and able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families. \n
