PROJECT SURVEYOR | LONDON
\nAn established and growing multi-disciplinary Built Environment Consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Surveyor to join its London team.
\nThe consultancy provides Building Surveying, Fire Safety, Cost Consultancy and Project Management services across the UK, with a strong reputation across residential, mixed-use, student accommodation and high-risk building projects.
The Role\nThe business is looking for a recently Chartered or APC-level Building Surveyor with a strong project delivery background.
\nThe role will be heavily project-focused, with responsibility for a range of schemes valued between approximately £500k and £15m.
\nYou will act as a Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent or Lead Consultant / Project Manager, working across both Design & Build and traditional procurement routes.
\nProjects include:

- Major façade remediation \n
- External refurbishment and renovation \n
- Internal common parts \n
- Private residential refurbishment \n
- Design and refurbishment projects \n
- \n
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline \n
- RICS qualified or working towards Chartership \n
- Minimum 5 years' Building Surveying / Project Management experience \n
- Strong JCT contract administration experience is essential \n
- Experience acting as Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administrator \n
- Experience managing design teams and project delivery \n
- Good understanding of the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, Building Regulations and CDM \n
- NEC experience advantageous \n
- Strong communication, organisational and commercial skills \n
