Site Manager - KentInternal Planned Maintenance- Social HousingUp to £230 per day (Temporary contract)Our Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned works division. This is an ongoing project, working on scattered properties in Orpington and the surrounding areas.On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:Completing pre-condition surveysManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staffPre & post inspections of worksHealth & safety & quality checksMy client are looking for someone with strong communication and IT skills and a proven track record completing pre-Condition surveys.
